How long has your company been around?

We have been in the industry for over 20 years and have extensive experience working with REALTORS® across North America.

Am I locked into a contract?

Nobody likes finding surprises within the fine print. It is a service agreement, not a contract, and we offer competitive pricing with no hidden fees.

How does the newsletter get mailed out?

We give you the option of either a closed faced "invitational" style envelope or a window envelope to showcase your branding and photo.

How do I get more information?

I am an existing client and have some questions, how do I contact you?

We have an excellent customer service team who are happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Simply call us toll-free at (800) 387-6058 or email customerservice@marketconnections.com.

Where can I access my invoices/receipts?

Your invoices/receipts are available on our secure customer service page here. If you do not have an existing account, please contact us for a Login ID and Password.

When does billing occur?

Recurring orders are billed early in the month.

When are my mailing list changes due?

Mailing list changes must be made online by midnight of the 1st of each month. Exceptions must be coordinated with a Customer Service Representative.

When are my layout changes due?

Layout changes must be submitted by midnight of the 1st of each month. Exceptions must be coordinated with a Customer Service Representative.

It’s past the deadline, where are my proofs?

Proofs are only generated on the first order and on subsequent changes. Proofs will generally follow 3-4 days after a change has been submitted.

What areas can I customize?

There are numerous customizable areas on your newsletter (see Client Marketing section). For more information, you can also contact our Customer Service team or speak to one of our Sales Representatives.

Is there an extra cost to customize?

Depending on the complexity of your request, extra charges may apply.

Could I have a digital file of my newsletter?

An electronic version of the printed newsletter is available for an additional fee.

How do I switch versions?

You can access your mailing list through our secure website and select a different version for each person on your list. If you order copies to your office, please contact a Customer Service Representative to change versions.

How do I make changes to my layout?

Changes must be submitted in writing via email or fax. A back page editor is available online and will accommodate many layouts – please contact a Customer Service Representative for more details and to gain access.

I have a partner, can their information be on my newsletter too?

Yes, we can accommodate multiple agent layouts.

Can I provide my own articles?

Yes, we can create a custom layout and replace either the front and/or back article for you. Additional charges may apply.

How do I cancel my account?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to published deadlines.

I need to skip an issue, is that okay?

You can skip an issue from time to time. The request must be made prior to published deadlines.

How do I upload an entire new mailing list – it’s only letting me do one client at a time.

How do I change my password?

Can I split billing with my partner?

Yes, please contact our Customer Service Representative for assistance.

When can I expect my newsletter to arrive?

Many factors go into the delivery of your customized newsletters. For specific inquires, please contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance.

Will I be notified that my newsletters have been delivered?

Shipped orders will receive an email notification and tracking information. Mailed orders will receive a complimentary seed copy in the mail.

Is my client list safe?

Can I customize my newsletter and add my own articles?

Yes, you can customize both the front and back page. Please call your Sales Representative for more information.

Can I customize my newsletter so it reflects my branding?

Our Production Team will work with you to ensure your newsletter reflects the colours, look and overall image you have created in your other marketing efforts.

Can I change my custom work regularly?

Yes. You can change/update your areas of customization monthly at no additional cost.
